This is a Landers Frary & Clark, New Britian, 300lb Spring Balance. Vintage State of Condition. All numbers, lines and lettering is very legible. This has not been altered, tinkered with or cleaned or polished up. It will be delivered to you all original. The patina applies here. Hook and ring are solid, there is leftover black paint from original paint. This is Cast iron. It is a heavy piece weighing in approx. 6lbs. Measurements: Scale with hook and ring factored in is 15" with out them included is 13" x 3.25". Solid piece of history. Back in the day used to weigh ice blocks, meat.
