A great vintage cigarette case with attached lighter from the 40’s era. It is stamped “Pat Pend. Elgin American Made In USA” in the inside of the case. This case is called a Magic Action case with lighter because when you open the case to take out a cigarette and then close the lid, the lighter automatically flips up with your light. It’s an ingenious item. The case measures about 5” by 3 1/4”. It wasn’t used and it is in great vintage condition. The lighter of course, has no fluid in it. This is such a pretty piece, it’s unusual and a nice item to own and use, or what a great gift.
