The headset and base station work perfectly! I absolutely LOVED this headset! The ear pads and headband cushion are worn and need replacement since they are about 2 years old. The head band cushion does come loose since the clip has a hard time staying in. (Could be fixed with a new headband cushion but if not, a pair of headband clips will be perfect to keep it in place!) But with a purchase of a new mod kit that will get you new ear and headband cushions along with a purchase of headset clips to hold the headband cushion in place, it’ll only be around $30 to get those replaced/fixed! There are very minor cosmetic damages from long use but nothing crazy or really even noticeable. (Above are 2 pictures showing a mod kit and the clips for the headband)
