This is an authentic item purchased at a Chanel boutique in Tokyo. The size is 42, but the design is narrow in the chest, so it may fit those who usually wear a Chanel size 38. I remember wearing it about 4 or 5 times and having it dry cleaned twice. There is some slight pilling due to the cashmere material, but I think it can still be worn for a long time. There is a small, inconspicuous stain on the cuff.
