This beautiful pendant necklace features a genuine faceted sapphire precious gemstone prong set in sterling silver.
It is not known whether the sapphire is natural or lab grown or whether it's been treated. It weighs approximately 2.5-3 carats at 10x8mm
The snake chain is stamped 925 and Italy on the clasp.
