This lovely slip dress is from Johnathan Simkhai, who in his usual form, has elevated the design to incorporate the unexpected. The dress itself is a navy blue mini dress with two pairs of black, adjustable slip straps, one pair of which cross in the back. The top of the dress has a waist-length over blouse trimmed on the bottom with two rows of black chiffon. The skirt has a black chiffon overskirt that is a few inches longer than the dress and split open in front. Both fabrics are 100% silk.
