This is an extremely rare Lucario plushy from 2009. It was only available for a limited time at the Pokemon center in New York City, New York. It is authentic, and the only one I’ve seen sold anywhere online that has both tags and is in mint condition. They’ve sold without the tags for around $500, in this condition with tags I believe this is a fair price - but I’m willing to negotiate.
