Welcome to The Land of Absurdia, a place where the rules of reality no longer apply. Absurdia needs heroes to rise, and it’s up to you to step into that role. Deploy a band of Misfits and compete to be the new Misfit Heroes of the land! From monster accountants to cosmic wedding planners, the endless combinations of characters and attributes mean no two games will ever be the same!
Misfit Heroes is a new game from Phil Walker-Harding, the designer of Sushi Go!, Imhotep, Gizmos, and Cities. Using AEG’s Card Crafting System invented by John D Clair, you’ll create thousands of Hero card combos! Recruit them to power your engine and trigger crazy combos to score the most victory points by the end of the game, and become the true Hero of Absurdia!
Heroes might provide resources to help acquire new cards, change the game state, or activate other previously recruited Heroes by creating crazy fun and clever combos!
At the end of the game, the player who has best cultivated their eccentric team of heroes to their tableau and collected the most points is crowned the Heroes of Absurdia!
