Native American ‘95, Ortiz, Santa Fe, bear pendant

I am selling a Native American pendant made by Ortiz (I do not know which one but perhaps Raymond). On the front, it’s marked 95 and Ortiz; the back says Ortiz and Santa Fe. The front has a bear in the middle with an arrow in the middle of the bear, a small turquoise cabochon in the middle of that, and paw prints all the way around. It does not test as sterling so my guess is nickel silver. It’s about 2 1/2” long and weighs 18.86 grams. I apologize for the less than stellar pictures; it’s so shiny that it’s hard to photograph. There’s one or two where it looks like there is a yellow design or just the color; there is not—it’s just a reflection.
