This was a sealed, new in box clipper I purchased from a Salon Supplier who went out of business. These are NOT used, they are still new but are now "open box".
Unfortunately, someone bought this and took out the part they wanted and then returned it. Because I don't know what might be missing aside from the 2 gear lube tubes, I am selling these as "for parts" only.
It's possible all parts are included and the razor works fine. I am not a stylist and know nothing about these or how to assemble them. Some parts, as shown, are still in the orginal packaging. I can only confirm that at the time of creating this listing the base charges and turns on. Everything shown in the pictures is included.
