This is a top-quality Giclee print of the 'Scarlet Macaws' rendering done by Diane Burns (the Artist).
Since Diane's original pieces are always made thru her unique Silk Batik Painting they were expensive to purchase (low end is typically $1200), she had limited Giclee prints made and they are available for sale at a lower price point depending on size and original rendering detail.
This is a rare item, in superb condition and has been out of print since 2005. This is no longer available at any store (online too) to purchase.
The closest comparison I could find for pricing is of Macaw's (only 2) and still in print and available to purchase for $125.00
This print is professionally framed, with sealed paper backing and has a thick horizontal wire hanger.
