Retro 60s mod style over-the-knee "Paloma" boots by Sam Edelman. Stretch microsuede, low stacked heels (about 1.25"), partial side zip, round toes. Shaft stretches to accommodate wide calf, adjustable toggle closures at top of boot. Sz 10, true to size. EUC in terms of wear, some unraveling on the toggle laces that doesn't impact usability.
