This very full attention getting wreath was made on a square wire wreath frame. I use the 21 inch metallic lime and metallic white striped mesh and covered the base of the frame with poofs. Then I took a 10-in metallic emerald mesh and added 20-in ruffles. Then I added St Patty's Day color coordinated wired ribbons. I combined all the ribbons and created a huge beautiful handmade bow! This wreath which contains a 12-in metal sign that shows a gnome leprechaun and reads, "Happy Saint Patrick's Day" and then says, "Cheers".
