Introducing the SUGAR CANE Super Denim Blue Denim Waist Overall S1945 model SC49001.

From SUGAR CANE (Sugar Cane), a new label "SUGAR CANE Super "Denim" Collectibles" started by Yuichi Fukutomi of Sugar Cane, bringing together denim specialists.

They released a denim blouse from the late war period, the 1945 model, which has features that symbolize the "war model," such as simplified details, general-purpose donut buttons, and plain iron rivets. Following the previous model, they have produced a super vintage of the "war model," which is the most talked about in the vintage market.

The parts are made to look like they have aged in a deadstock state. For this project, they have adopted the two-needle iron buckle, which they have avoided for safety reasons. Regarding sewing, they have revived the distorted stitch work seen in the war period, where the thread count and machine pitch are of course, but the width is not uniform.

Although the model number starts with "S," it is based on the Waist Overalls from around the late 1945, with rivets on the coin pocket. The buttons are iron tack buttons with logos on both the top and fly, and plain iron rivets are used for the rivets. It is a very rare individual with an "A" stamped after the model number, and only two vintage items with "A" have been confirmed worldwide.

The fabric is a rough 14-ounce denim with strong unevenness. The grain direction of the front and facing is irregular, and the sewing also reproduces the rough construction of the "war model," such as the stitch at the tip of the coin pocket slightly spilling over.
