There is a linear stain on the left front thigh (see image). Otherwise, it's a used item but the pants are in good condition with no significant damage or stains.
The inseam, thigh width, and crotch measurements were taken from the bottom center of the crotch gusset, as this is a type of pant with a gusset.
The size listed is S, but I've included measurements. Please use these as a reference, keeping in mind that they are taken by an amateur.
