Vintage 70s Darcy Rota Chicago Blackhawks Stitched Sandow SK MiC Sweater Jersey Size Men's Small
Vintage 70s jersey of the Blackhawks 1st Round pick in 1973. The left winger spent the first 5 years of his career in Chicago (1974-1979) before being traded mid-season to the Atlanta Flames
Stitched crest, shoulder patches, and numbers. The team did not wear nameplates during this time (see photo). Material is a blend of 70% nylon and 30% cotton so it's closer to the original "sweater" design than the standard jersey. Signs of wear include a minor pull on the back and a few age marks on the numbers

Denis Savard would go on to wear the number beginning in 1981 and it was ultimately retired for him by the organization in 1998
