Vintage 1970s floral peasant style dress by Phase 1 Fashion. Size 10. Short puff sleeve, subtle collar, and mid-calved length. Slightly shear synthetic material, likely a poly blend. Pattern is floral and paisley in navy, teal, tan, pink, and thalo green. Dress has a Made in USA union workers tag. Dress has a gathered elastic waist. And a 5 button front closure that ends at the waist, with functional buttons. Sleeves are half sleeved, with a puff with a gathered edge with two button closure on each sleeve. Very bohemian, hippie, 70s peasant style dress.
Condition is great for 90s vintage, some seams have been repaired around the left shoulder, but are now sturdy and strong.
