The doll in the image is a vintage Topper Dawn doll.
Dawn dolls were a line of small fashion dolls produced by Deluxe Reading, a division of Topper Toys, from 1970 to 1973.
They were 6.5 inches tall and featured rooted hair and eyelashes.
The dolls were popular for a time, even outselling Barbie, but were discontinued when Topper Toys went out of business in 1973.
The dolls and their fashions are now considered collector's items.
