Item for return is is subject for checking and approval upon receiving the item at our warehouse
Only factory defects are subject for replacement
Customer induced defects are subject to repair/service fees

Item must be in complete state and proper working condition with the original packaging not damaged to be eligible for refund
Customer induced defects like dents and scratches are not allowed to be refunded
Approved items can be exchanged with another item with of same or higher value with additional cost
