Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take in the UAE?
We offer fast delivery across the UAE within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically shipped the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We are working on expanding to GCC countries soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 200. For orders under AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email to monitor your delivery.
Warranty
What warranty do your products come with?
All MagicStar products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I claim warranty?
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and description of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Items must be in new or like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, and any included subscription scratch card unused. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you ship the item back to us — return shipping is the customer's responsibility for all returns and exchanges, unless we shipped the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Card and online payments are refunded to the original payment method (5-7 business days depending on your bank). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded as MagicStar store credit, issued within 2 working days after inspection and valid for 12 months on any purchase at magicstarme.com. Original shipping fees, return shipping/collection costs, and payment-processing (transaction) fees from the original payment are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund — unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
