These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and Services and any purchase of products from MAGIC SOLUTIONS ELECTRONICS ("MagicStar", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may refuse service or cancel orders where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Orders, pricing, and payments

Payment processing on our website is provided through Paymob (via our ecommerce platform). Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for website purchases. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount paid.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the address you provide, as evidenced by carrier confirmation.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may require a Return Authorization and proof of condition prior to approving a return.

6. Digital items and subscription scratch cards

Some products include a Magic Sing 1-year subscription scratch card or other digital access code. Digital codes are non-refundable once scratched, redeemed, or activated.

7. Limited warranty (1 year - manufacturer defects)

We provide a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects under normal consumer use. If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or provide another remedy permitted by law.

Warranty exclusions: Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, liquid exposure, excessive volume/overdriving, or improper power sources. Unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear. Issues caused by third-party apps or services.

To claim warranty: Contact sales@magicsolutionsme.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and description of the issue.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
