Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly on our website. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour) are subject to the return/refund rules of those platforms.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Requests outside this window may be declined.
2. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return/exchange, all of the following must be true:
- The product is in new or like-new condition with no visible signs of misuse, impact damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included and intact.
- Any included Magic Sing 1-year subscription scratch card is NOT scratched, redeemed, or otherwise used.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) and the order number.
3. Non-returnable items and exclusions
- Subscription scratch cards and digital codes once scratched, redeemed, or activated (non-refundable).
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, liquid exposure, excessive volume/overdriving, improper power sources, or unauthorized modification/repair.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches after use, or issues caused by third-party accessories.
- Clearance or final-sale items if clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase.
4. How to request a return
Email sales@magicsolutionsme.com with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos/videos showing the item condition and packaging. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.
5. Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for all returns, exchanges, and warranty shipments. The only exception is where we shipped the wrong item; in that case we will provide a remedy at our discretion.
6. Inspection, approvals, and refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect on arrival. Refund posting time depends on your bank/payment provider; 5โ7 working days is common after processing.
7. Exchanges and defects on arrival
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and keep all packaging. We will assess and may offer a replacement or other remedy where appropriate.
8. Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we may deduct return shipping and handling costs from any approved refund.
