How long does the battery really last?

Up to 4 hours on one charge. That is one full session — a family night, a small party — not a whole weekend. We would rather you knew that now than found out at the party, so: charge it fully before the guests arrive.

What if a microphone stops working?

Message us on WhatsApp the same day. Every PulZ carries a 1-year warranty covering the speaker and both microphones. If something is faulty when it arrives, send us a photo within 48 hours and we sort it out — repair or replacement.

Can I return it if it is not for me?

Yes — you have 7 days from the day it is delivered. Send it back in its box and we refund you. Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item — we would rather write that here than surprise you afterwards.

How can I pay?

Card, cash on delivery, or Tabby — split into 4 payments. Cash on delivery means exactly that: we bring it to your door and you pay the driver when the box is in your hands.

Can PulZ turn regular songs into karaoke?

Yes! Press Vocal Reduction and the original singer fades into the background—so you can take the lead. Results vary by song.
